The tutorial below will show you how to transfer SMS from iPhone to PC and stored SMS in Text format or ANTC format. After downloading and installing Tansee iPhone Transfer SMS and connecting your iPhone to computer, follow the steps below to accomplish the transfer tasks.
Step 1. Launch Tansee iPhone Transfer SMS
--launch the software and the SMS contacts information will display in your iPhone screen automatically. See fig 1.
--Click one single contact, all SMS records from him/her will be shown. See fig.2
Step 2. Copy SMS
Step 2-a. Copy SMS from all iPhone contacts
--In fig.1 situation, click “Copy” button to copy SMS from all iPhone contact
--Choose file type: TXT file or ANTS file
--Choose file path: the output folder that you would like to store this file to. Do nothing if you want the default file path.
--Advanced option: if you choose ANTS file, you can set a password to it.
--Click “OK” button to start copying. See fig. 3
Step 2-b. Copy SMS from single iPhone contact
--In fig.2 situation, click “Copy” button to copy SMS from single iPhone contact.
--Choose file type: TXT file format or .MHT file format (.MHT file format support Print Out).
--If you choose .MHT file format, please open the .mht file by IE, click “tools”--“internet options”—“advanced”—check “print background colors and images”—click “Print”.
--Choose file path: the output folder that you would like to store this file to. Do nothing if you want the default file path.
--Click “OK” button to start copying. See fig.4

I installed the software ok, and it seemed to start ok. It just kept saying "waiting on iPhone". I could never see the iPhone. iTunes could sync and it would complete. Tansee would run with iTunes running or not, but at now time could it ever see the iPhone. Maybe I did something wrong, but I could not figure it out. I checked the web, but no trouble shooting for not being about to connect to iPhone. Could someone let me know what I did wrong?

Very simple program to SIMPLY get the messages off the iPhone and view it like you can view it on the iPhone. Great!, BUT what happen to the options like "order by", ascending/descending order... messages seem to apear in random order.. so again, good job on getting messages off the phone, nice to be able to view it like you can view it on the iphone, but it would be even nicer if the applicaiton had few more message management options... :)
